Medical or Pharmaceutical experience (minimum 5 years)
3 - 5 years management experience preferable
Tertiary qualification advantageous

Position purpose:
- To strategically manage and direct the divisional team to successful promote and sell the company's product to the medical and pharmaceutical professions
- Ensure teams attain or exceed agreed sales targets and/or market share, maximising sales potential for designated product ranges
- Promote the company's image and its products through building lasting and beneficial business relationships and supporting teams to do the same
Internal customers:
- Representatives, product managers, strategic portfolio manager, team members, HR, Finance, Medical, Sales and Marketing Director
External Customers:
- Doctors, Pharmacists, Managed Health Care Practitioners, Wholesalers, Nursing, Theatre and practice staff, Hospitals, buying groups
