Division: Medical Affairs

Minimum requirements:

• MBBCh/MBChB
• Valid registration with HPCSA
• Completed community service with minimum two years clinical experience
• Industry related working experience would be preferred

Skills and Experience required:

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
• Computer literacy in MS Office suite

• Ability to acquire solid scientific knowledge of therapeutic area and product

Key performance areas:

• Provide support to strategic customer development, handling MHC clinical queries disseminating scientific/medical data to KOL, allied HCP and managed and managed healthcare companies, assisting with compiling product dossiers
• Support marketing and business development in re-imbursement applications for the company's key marketed products
• Co-ordinate the communication between marketing and medical affairs and work pro-actively with commercial colleagues to add value to commercial and strategic decisions
• Approval of promotional materials, ensuring scientific correctness of marketing materials and the adherence to relevant legislation thereof
• Provide medical information on products to customers (internal and external)
• Provide responses to product related and other medical queries
• Provided guidance on medical and product training
