Tasks

| Role Purpose:
Builds, develops, defines, negotiates, and closes business relationships and ensures implementation and delivery.
Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
· Commercial assessment of all Group projects;
· Commercial project plan to ensure prioritsation and implementation of projects and subsequent delivery of commercial objectives;
· Re-evaluate projects where changes are made which materially affect commercial viability;
· Determination of implementation f projects based on commercial viability;
· Assist in due commercial due diligence of Aspen deals and ensure that on completion of deal due diligence findings and objectives are delivered;
· To review contracts and term sheets for Group deals from a commercial perspective and give input into deal team;
· Develop commercial models and scenarios to improve commercial viability of certain products and / or projects;
· Implement any such models where required;
· Track and report all commercial objectives of any of the aforementioned projects;
· Assist with agreements for projects currently underway;
· Manage project teams where appropriate and report to steering committee outcomes and escalate commercial risks;
· Commercial risk assessment of current projects;
· Assist business unit owners in obtaining commercial data required for decision making;
· Financial reporting of various functions where required.
Qualifications & Experience:
· B Degree;
· Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience;
· Procurement experience.
